How long does it take to complete an order?Our standard turnaround time is up to 3 weeks. Timing may vary depending on the size and quantity of your order.
Do you offer rush orders?Yes, rush services may be available for an additional fee, depending on our schedule.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Where is pickup located?Pickup is in Arlington. The exact location will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Can backdrops be customized or painted?We are able to prime (paint) backdrops white for an additional fee upon request.
